A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clear answers.
Before you get started.

Have a different question? Get in touch.

Who is Broker Escrow designed for?

Real estate brokers and brokerage teams administering their own escrow transactions. We can discuss whether the current workflows fit your operation.

Does Broker Escrow hold funds or send wires?

No. Your banking relationship remains with your bank. Broker Escrow organizes accounting records and payment review, and records references for externally handled wires.

Is bank reconciliation available?

Trust-account and ledger review workflows are implemented. Statement reconciliation, bank clearing, and finalized reconciliation history are planned and are not advertised as available today.

How do we get access?

Request access to discuss the pilot, your organization’s requirements, and pricing. An inquiry does not create an account, grant product access, or collect payment.
